Backdoor instructions for lost password on ACC 2: 

Turn power off, then back on, while holding in the soft 3 and soft 4 buttons (bottom two soft keys). Keep holding, and the system will boot directly to the User Management page.

Then you can check the box to disable user management, and/or add, delete, or edit user information
